Lonnie G. Juarez has an advanced degree in management, evaluation and organizational development from the University of Washington.  Through thirty years as a leader in both business and governmental agencies he planned and implemented state and national conferences, funded proposals, evaluation projects, developed strategic and business plans, developed marketing plans and provided management coaching and consulting.  He has developed and written manuals for customized computer databases, developed and implemented training programs for computerization in business, and taught classes for institutions of higher education. Lonnie has written technical papers presented at national, regional and state conferences, and co-authored two books.

John R. Juarez, Ph.D., holds a Doctorate in Science Education from the University of Washington. He has served as a Dean of Professional Schools, Dean of Students, Professor and Vice President of major New Mexico Universities. He has owned and operated a professional consultant firm that specialized in working with public education at the all levels. He has provided leadership training, strategic plan development and grant writing for schools and universities.  John has written evaluation plans, delivered conference presentations, and has written papers on improvement processes.
